We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand clicks, scrolling and page use through heatmaps and session replays. Sensitive input content is masked by Clarity. These tools help us find problems and improve the shopping experience.

4. WhatsApp and Instagram

When you open WhatsApp or Instagram, you leave our website. Information you share there is also handled under Meta's privacy terms. Please do not send sensitive financial or identity information in chat.

5. Payments through Cashfree

Cashfree processes your payment and may collect payment method, transaction, device and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy terms. Ease Home does not receive or store your full card or UPI credentials.

6. Sharing and retention

We may share only the information needed with Cashfree, delivery, website, analytics and support providers, or with authorities when required by law. We keep information only as long as needed for orders, support, security and legal records.

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service is completely secure. Our store is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or erase your information, withdraw consent or raise a grievance. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already completed lawfully.
