1. About the store

Ease Home displays practical home and kitchen products and provides an online cart and checkout.

2. Orders

Submitting checkout and completing payment places an order for the products and quantities shown in your order summary. An order is confirmed after payment is successfully verified.

Please check your name, address, phone number, product and quantity before paying.

3. Prices, offers and stock

Prices are shown in Indian rupees. Offers and crossed-out prices may change without notice. We may correct a genuine pricing or description error before accepting an order.

Stock, colours and designs are confirmed on WhatsApp. If an item becomes unavailable, we will offer an alternative or let you cancel before payment or dispatch, as applicable.

4. Payment and delivery

Online payments are processed securely by Cashfree. Available payment methods and the final delivery charge are shown at checkout before payment. Free shipping applies when the order subtotal is ₹299 or more. Delivery estimates may change because of location, courier conditions or events outside reasonable control.

5. Product information

We try to keep product names, photos, sizes and descriptions accurate. Screen colours may differ from the delivered item. Where a product has assorted colours or designs, the available option is confirmed before ordering.

6. Returns, damage and wrong items

Return eligibility and timelines are communicated before order confirmation and may depend on the product category and condition. Please inspect the parcel when it arrives and contact us promptly with your order details and clear evidence if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Nothing in these terms limits rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

7. Using the site

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, copy store content for commercial use or submit false order information. Our brand, logo, text and site design may not be reused without permission.

8. Third-party services

Cashfree, WhatsApp, Instagram, analytics and delivery services have their own terms and privacy practices. Ease Home is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

9. Responsibility

We do not exclude responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Ease Home is not liable for indirect losses or delays outside reasonable control. Use products only as described and with appropriate care.

10. Applicable law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts and consumer forums with jurisdiction under applicable law. We may update these terms; the current version and date will appear here.
